Breakfast- Mixed Berry Banana Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 cups baby spinach
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 banana
1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp ground flax
Lunch – Vanilla Greek Yogurt and Chocolate Love Crunch – not really a substantial lunch, but at least it was healthy!
Dinner – Eat Clean Waffles with Fresh Strawberries I think I’ve posted the link to this recipe before, but here it is again. These super healthy waffles are pretty tasty when topped with fresh fruit – and according o my husband – when loaded with maple syrup too!

Sleep:
5.5 hours – this was probably the crappiest sleep I have had in the last 38 days. Both kids were up in the night and I could not fall back to sleep after feeding Tanner…I was up from 3:15 until after 5…at least the kids slept in a bit so I could at least get some sleep!
