Clean Eating Challenge: Day 28

Lunch – Green Smoothie # 18 – Peanut Butter and Banana with Green Grapes – we seem to have a ton of grapes in the house right now, so I thought I’d toss a few into today’s smoothie. Yummo!

Ingredients:
2 cups baby spinach
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 banana
1 cup green grapes
2 tbsp ground flax
1 cup almond milk

 

 

 

 

Dinner – leftover Grilled Chicken Fajita’s on Corn Tortilla’s

Evening Snack – PC Mint Chocolate Cone Totally NOT Clean, but really, really good! Back on track tomorrow!

Water Consumption:
8 glasses

Sleep:
9 hours. I’m pretty sure that’s a record since starting to keep track!
