I’m a huge believer in the Clean Eating lifestyle…here are some of the reasons why…

Clean Eating promotes (source)

  • fat loss
  • weight loss
  • increased energy
  • clearer skin
  • shinier hair
  • better sleep
  • increased mental well-being

And a decreased risk of (source)

  • cardiovascular disease
  • obesity
  • high blood pressure
  • high cholesterol
  • type 2 diabetes
  • osteoporosis
  • some cancers – colon, prostate, lung, breast

How?

  • Well, I guess the first step is to understand what Clean Eating is….
