Why? And How?
Posture, which is how we hold our bodies while sitting, standing or lying down is an important part of everyday life. Having good posture helps minimize the strain on our muscles and joints and helps prevent injury. Over time, poor posture can cause structural changes that affect both our appearance and our bodies ability to function properly. Check out this awesome infographic from Greatist!
