Dinner – Eat Clean Ham, Cheese and Broccoli Casserole– One word – AMAZING! This is by far, the BEST Eat Clean recipe I have made yet! Even my husband LOVED it!!
However, the recipe said it would only be 10 minutes of prep time…which was a total lie! It seriously took me about 45 minutes to get it all chopped and sorted before I was actually able to put it in the oven to cook. BUT…it was totally worth it! And, there are leftovers…WooHoo!
Horrible! I slept from about 11 until 1:30, when Tanner woke to eat, then did not fall back to sleep until about 5 this morning. At least the kids slept until 7!
